In this session we’ll sort out the buzzwords and cut through the hype to give you a picture of what is really (no, really) possible with cloud computing today. Josh Fraser, RightScale SVP of Sales and Business Development, will share trends and insights from our customers on what to expect down the road with cloud computing. 

Cloud Chronicles: Real Cloud Stories 

In this session, you’ll hear from our customer, Erik Osterman, Director of Operations at CBS Interactive and Amit Utreja, Cloud Operations Architect at Coupa Software, who have already mapped their own paths to the cloud and are realizing the business benefits. You’ll hear about the routes they took, how they overcame the bumps in the road, and the successes they’ve achieved on their paths to cloud.

Plan Your Route: See Cloud Management in Action

In this session, Brian Adler, RightScale Senior Services Architect, will discuss best practices for running highly available applications on the cloud. Brian will demonstrate how to leverage abstraction and automation as building blocks to achieve high availability. In addition, he will discuss specific architectural options to protect against availability zone, region and cloud failures.  

Put It All Together: Network with the Experts

Join us for cocktails and stories with the cloud crowd. Here is your chance to ask questions and share stories with others like you.

At the end of the day, you’ll be armed with the information you need to successfully map your path to the cloud.
